Very good experience from check in to finish. The office is attractive and clean, the check-in is easy and fast. The wait time is never too long. Support staff is well trained, efficient, and polite. Taylor is lovely! I have seen her a few times before, and she is always concerned and top notch! I was pleased and satisfied with her clinical skills. I needed a biopsy on my nose yesterday. She explained that the numbing shots would hurt, so I was warned! You can easily make an appointment on-line, so you don’t have to wait on the phone or be called back. This process is much easier. I highly recommend this group and Taylor.
