Justene was beyond spectacular. She was so professional, made me feel at ease. She took a biopsy and I did not feel a thing. Justene has such a nice and calming way about her. Do not at anytime ever attempt to file a complaint or grievance about unreasonable business practices or dare notify this practice if a treatment isn’t effective or that your condition is worse, because if you do, they will simply dismiss you from their practice all together rather than address the issues…
Despite the letter of dismissal claiming 30 days of emergency care while canceling a previously scheduled follow up and having knowledge that a condition had not improved but got worse, and leaving a patient without medical care absolutely does not match the practices stated mission goal…the idea that I would only be able to seek care after my condition became urgent seems like intentional neglect, and intentional attempts to harm a patient….who is liable then and is that medical malpractice and medical neglect???

This practice was very compassionate and when they saw something suspicious they jumped on it and took care of the problem. We highly recommend Maranda and the whole staff for high expertise.

Great physicians great care, answer all questions, make you feel at ease.
Making appointments if something serious happens is always easy.
Staff is friendly and very helpful for questions regarding insurance or other issues.
Environment is bright, clean and looks good.

I definitely recommend Dr. Mooney; she takes her time listening to my concerns and takes her time explaining a plan or any questions I might have. I am very happy with the choices so far that she has recommended. I see improvement in my hair. Also, the staff are very nice.
