Unfortunately waited 25 minutes in waiting room- I arrived at 1:15 for my 1:20 appointment and was not called back until 1:45. I have been going for several years to this practice. There wasn’t even an apology for the wait.

The PA assigned to my daughter could have been more compassionate and encouraging to my child rather than speaking in higher tone. She seems to be a good health provider, but attending with some calmness will help a little bit especially if its a minor.
