I have been to 3 different dermatologist and only Dr. Bernabe kept my eczema under control. She is the only doctor who actually examined my eczema thoroughly. She touched, checked and took time to assess my wounds.
I cant help but compare her to other 3 doctors that only spent less than 5 mins with me and only looked at my wounds and sent me on my way.
Dr. Bernabe is very passionate and you can really feel the care she gives out to the patients. She empatized with me and she knows the pain that I have been enduring with my eczema. I recommend her and my family will be having her as our primary dermatologist.
The staff is very polite and prompt! They are very professional in handling patient needs and complements the doctors well.

I always look forward to seeing Dr. Joyce. She is very professional and knowledgeable. One thing I admire with Dr. Joyce is her empathy towards me as her patient. Her advise is very helpful when I have concerns with my psoriasis. Her staff is likewise pleasant to talk with and helpful.

The office is very clean and updated. The entire staff, office people and medical personnel, are very friendly, very professional, calm and patient and easy to reach out to. Very little wait time. I see Taylor on a regular basis. She is very knowledgeable, professional, confident and easy to talk to. I have complete trust in her care and would highly recommend this practice.

Being bald necessitates you find a dermatologist asap I’ve been seeing one for over 40 years. We’ve recently retired to Whiting and the search began. We saw an advertisement on the back page our local paper. I made the call in late afternoon and landed an appointment for the following morning.
My initial appointment with Cindy was a thorough skin check. She found 3 moles and sent them for biopsy. She asked if my former dermatologist ever mentioned them and I indicated she had not! Biopsy was negative on 2 but the needed further attention as it was classified as pre-cancerous.
I’ve been back 3 times.
Cindy is amazing, outstanding bedside manner is over the top. She clearly explains in great detail exactly what’s going on and what needs to be done. In all my years of visiting a dermatologist this experience was the best I’ve ever had. She’s got a new patient for life

The PA I saw was nice. But she was talking so fast that I even forgot some important questions I wanted to ask her. I felt she was rushing me to go to the next patient. Patients should not feel rushed especially when they’re paying for their own health insurance.
