There was almost no waiting time from when I entered the office and when I was summoned into a room. Everyone was very professional and considerate of a man who was very anxious; they put me at ease and were very gentle - no pain at all. Most importantly, everything was patiently - and clearly - explained to me about my situation and the procedures done. I was as comfortable as could possibly be.
